Fromme is managing director of Dr. Fromme International Consulting and has more than 20 years experience in the international energy &environment consulting business. Before starting his consulting company Dr. Fromme was managing director of ITUT International Transfer Centre for Environmental Technologies GmbH, Leipzig, a services’ company specialised in the international business development of to environmental and energy technologies. This included management consulting, project development and feasibility studies. Dr. Stefan Rath-NagelDr. Rath-Nagel has more than thirty years of professional experience in the energy business. He holds a degree as energy engineer from Aachen Technical University and worked as a consultant for national and international energy projects during the last 25 years. He developed a broad engineering and economic background during his professional career in energy projects. This results in a very comprehensive view of the energy sector in Germany, with special focus on energy policy, the supplying industry and the customer markets. He has completed studies about market liberalisation and chances for new players in the power and gas markets, including investigations about competition and positioning of suppliers. Dr. Rath-Nagel has among others been selected as project manager for various market surveys and feasibility studies and market intelligence reports for the gas, heat and power markets in Germany. Peter P. MuellerPeter Mueller studied in Paris, Université de Paris – Sorbonne, and got a Master of Business Degree of the University of Muenster, Germany. He has more than 20 years experience in Management Consulting and joined international Consulting firms like Roland Berger, Arthur D. Little, where he was the head of the Travel and Transportation Industry worldwide, and Deloitte Consulting, where he managed the IT Strategy and Program Leadership Practice. He is experienced in organisational developments of private firms and public organisations. He developed the overall concept of cost accounting and controlling for all federal ministries and federal authorities of Germany. He founded his own consulting firm specialised on consultancy for public organisations. Peter Mueller developed diverse concepts for PPP and managed these projects until the finalisation and the transformation to a regular business. In the last years he managed various projects in IT Strategy, including e-government solutions and big outsourcing partnerships for IT operations where he accompanied the whole process from the scope definition, preparation of tender, briefing and selection of potential providers, conduction of due diligences and management of contract closing. |
