Organizational development for wastewater services Bahrain

The rapid development of economic- and population growth leads to huge increases in water and wastewater consumption. To keep the costs under control, it is necessary to align the organization effectively to the future. For this purpose DFIC implements an organization analysis. Before the improvement of organizational structure can be made, the future of duties must first be defined. Thus the question of the involvement of the private sector is discussed.
In improving the organizational structure it is about to redefine the interfaces between different departments in the business processes. For the operation of the wastewater system it is to define the business process for service and maintenance entirely new.

Is water really tight?

However, water is a scarce resource: only 2% of available water resources is drinkable as fresh water.
